The yoga programme, includes plenty of classes including 4 group Hatha yoga classes, held at the sports club just next door to the hotel and 2 private classes are offered in the guests suite, where guests can pick between Hatha, Flow, Dynamic or Power Cross yoga.

Guests are also welcome to join the complimentary scheduled classes, these include Yoga Initiation classes which are a very basic yoga level, designed for beginners. There is also complimentary access to their Fitness Group Classes, such as cycling, step, etc. For friends joining those on a yoga programme these classes would have an additional charge.

Accommodation

The hotel offers a range of all suite accommodation, ranging from their elegant studios, perfect for solo travellers to 4 bedroom suites, fantastic if you’re bringing along the family. The large options often have the option for private swimming pool or jacuzzi on the terrace!

The design is sleek and modern with many of the suites boasting a state of the art kitchenette and spacious living areas so you can really unwind in your own space.

Healthy cuisine

Included within the package, guests can enjoy a bountiful breakfast buffet with the option to upgrade to half or full board meals. On the days with scheduled private classes guests are also offered a delicious and refreshing smoothie. At the sports centre  Fuel Restobar offer a healthy menu with vitamin packed salads, nutritious juices and simply grilled meat and fish served with vegetables making it the perfect dining option for those looking for a more holistic healthy holiday!

Alternatively there is plenty of choice around the rest of the hotel with other restaurants and we’d really recommend the Bite Delicatessen & cafe which serves freshly baked breads and sweet treats!
