The Italian owners bring a European feel to this South East Asian yoga retreat. All the 28 contemporary bedrooms and suites have a classically Mediterranean colour scheme of whites and blues, and are decorated and furnished with Cambodian wall-hangings and artefacts. All are light, airy and spacious and have outdoor space – some even have their own roof terrace.
The large, circular open-sided dining room beside one of the swimming pools serves delicious local Khmer and Italian cuisine, all lovingly prepared by Navutu’s highly regarded chefs.
During your yoga holiday, you can enjoy a breakfast of fresh fruits and cereals after a sunrise visit to nearby Angkor Wat or a morning yoga class, and be served a healthy salad for lunch after a blissful spa treatment and a wonderful dinner after a restorative evening yoga class.
There are 1 to 2 classes offered daily at Navutu Dreams which can be joined by any guests of the hotel. The resident teacher offers a variety of styles from Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation & Gentle Flow classes in their beautiful yoga shala. Each session is around 75 minutes or if you’re looking for a deeper immersion you can also join their 2 hour masterclass.
We can also organise private classed for you for either yoga, bodywork or meditation. These sessions are especially magical as can be arranged to take place at an Angkorian temple at sunrise or on a beautiful pagoda within the hotels gardens for a extra charge.
