This was the best time I’ve had away in several years. Because of my age (65) and minimal yoga experience I was delighted to not feel a complete plonker in the sessions. I felt invigorated and relaxed and not at all stiff. Our tutor, Aoife, was brilliant and gave us all equal attention and encouragement. I loved the quiet, the style and layout of the Finca. Craig and Jenny were really friendly and helpful in many ways including sketching maps for my niece and myself to reach a beach on the coast or a village in the Sierra. Our accommodation was comfortable and the food was healthy and varied and delicious. All the staff were friendly. Our free time was ours alone to relax, swim, read or walk in the lush gardens. I had such a lovely time.
