I have just returned from an amazing 1 week retreat at Suryalila in Spain. The location is stunning. The food exquisite and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The yoga instruction was outstanding. Zoe Knott is an inspiration and her knowledge and teaching was of the highest quality. I have learnt in great detail to get the most out of each pose and my yoga practice has improved massively in just 1 week. I came back home feeling re-charged, centred, relaxed and contented.
