Suryalila is the real deal retreat centre – exceptional yoga facilities, loved the OmDome, great food even for a non-veggie, fab accommodation, great views of the Andalusian countryside. Our yoga teacher Kristi led us through the Forrest basics building on each session so really progressed through the week – with a great mix of yin yoga and other fun exercises. Felt like I’d had a 4 week holiday – can hardly wait to my next retreat – see you in 2017!
