I came back from a simply amazing time in Puglia last week. I cannot praise Caroline Gamble highly enough. A beautiful person with an incredible talent for giving and teaching. I do hope I have the pleasure of learning from her again. La Rosa Dei 4 Venti was beautiful and a joy to behold after a long and miserable UK Winter. I never thought I would see poppies in April! The people there really are special and made our time so wonderful. Certainly the tastiest and healthiest food on the planet
