Just what we needed!

My daughter and I have just returned from our first yoga holiday together in Zening, Cyprus. In her words, she thinks ‘this will become a tradition.’ Laura’s teaching was world class,with two hours in the morning and an hour and a half in the evening. She was very keen on safe practice and managed to create workshops that were hard but non-competitive so everyone could work to their best ability. I really valued this, the way this ethos became a shared one as the week went on. The food was wonderful, the waiting staff at the Zening so helpful! All the people on the holiday mellowed together slowly and by the end we really were a group. I loved this week and was sad it was over. I came back home fully recharged and really will be coming back again.
