Just returned from a blissful week in Umbria with Anna Ashby. The location was perfect and the accomodation lovely. The food is out of this world and fresh and organic. The yoga was superb. Anna is a wonderful teacher and I feel my practice has improved in leaps and bounds. The group I was with were also totally awesome and I have not laughed so much in a long while. Utter bliss!
