Laura’s classes were as inspiring and stimulating as ever and used the week to support and guide an entire group forward and further with their practice, at exactly the right – and only – pace for each individual. And we were a very mixed ability group, of all ages and perhaps all seeking something different from our practice. Laura delivered for all of us.
Zening was a peaceful and beautiful retreat, in which to recharge our batteries, and probably eat sufficient delicious food for the next 6 months … we did not go hungry!

A big thank you to everyone at Zening for looking after us so well, to the team at Destination Yoga, to Laura of course and to our fellow Zening-ites for the good company!
