Loved Cyprus, Zening, Yoga and Luiz

Just got back from a week of ashtanga yoga in Cyprus Zening resorts with Luiz. First of all he is the “best” teacher, really takes time to guide his students , i have learnt so much in just one week, the yin classes are something else, an incredible experience. Zening resort itself was lovely, food and staff were excellent, poolside juice bar, fresh fish everyday, would definitely go back to both Zening and to Luiz class or retreat if he does another.
