From the moment I arrived in la Rosa in Puglia i felt the peace and calm of the centre. Such a lovely place in every way. Joanne is a wonderful teacher and seemed to always know what the group needed at each session, sometimes working us hard and sometimes a more restorative session. She was super. The food was fantastic. We all looked forward to the very varied menus and super quality of the produce. A great week.
