Just returned from a week at Suryalila in Andalucía. The retreat was perfect, and Zoe Knott is a fantastic Yoga teacher. The classes were varied and interesting, and a felt that I learned how to improve many postures. I also gained a lot more confidence about Ashtanga Yoga generally. Suryalila is a beautiful venue, the people are lovely and the food is absolutely delicious. It has inspired me to try some more adventurous vegetarian cooking at home!
