It’s been three weeks since the wonderful retreat in Puglia, Italy with Heather Elton, an awe inspiring instructor. The venue is absolutely beautiful and peaceful; the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food we were served was all home made (right down the the ghee and fresh cheese), healthy (leaning towards an alkaline based diet), plentiful and delicious. I cannot say enough about Heather Elton and her instruction. As a yoga instructor myself, I watched individuals of varying abilities and yoga levels evolve and dramatically move forward in their personal practice. Heather is a pro at instructing a class of mixed levels and giving each participant exactly what they need to deepen and grow. Additionally, the group bonded together beautifully and we enjoyed many laughs and good times. It was a magical week.
