Had a very relaxing and enjoyable week at Suryalila in Andalucia. Luisa Rennie is an excellent yoga teacher and was a lovely person too! I surprised myself at how much I enjoyed the yoga – I was a near novice so was somewhat apprehensive as to whether I would cope. Loved the restorative evening sessions too. Suryalila is a very special place. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and the food was outstanding. It was like eating at Ottolenghi every day! I returned to the UK feeling thoroughly refreshed and recharged. Just what I needed. Many thanks.
