Thank you Destination Yoga for introducing me to Shanti Som, and to Liz Lark, our yoga teacher. I truly had the most wonderful time over New Year. The spa is an incredible place to stay. Really informal and welcoming – we all relaxed immediately. And, the open fire and comfy sofas are a wonderful place to hang out in the evenings. The food was fantastic, and the sunshine a wonderful bonus. As for Liz Lark, what can I say? She is truly an inspirational yoga teacher – knowledgeable, empathetic and light hearted. I can’t wait to do another retreat with her.
