Have just return from a Jivamukti yoga retreat in Umbria Italy…..Nick & Prashenka were lovely inspiring teachers. The location & retreat was fantastic but most of all I meet an amazing bunch of people. I will especially miss the jokes & laughter round the dinner table on those warm Italian evenings. Happy days happy memories can’t wait to book my next trip….
