Yoga holiday at FeelViana, Portugal

Situated on the dramatic coastline of Northern Portugal on the wide, sandy beach of Cabedelo Beach, FeelViana is a cool and calm oasis for those seeking a wellness holiday with a bit of an edge. The chic and contemporary design perfectly compliments the surrounding forest with the hotel being built from natural materials. As well as yoga, guests can also enjoy a wide variety of outdoor sports including cycling and surfing. Or for those seeking more of a relaxing break the spa offers a wide range of treatments. Or why not explore pretty local town of Viana can be reached by bike or taxi?

Delicious Cuisine

A delicious buffet breakfast and al a carte dinner is included within the retreat package. During breakfast guests can enjoy a plentiful buffet with plenty of healthy options to choose from. For the evening dinner, guests can choose between two  Portuguese inspired dishes, one of which will always be vegetarian (any dietary requirements can be catered for and we will ask you about these once you’ve confirmed your booking). Guests can also enjoy lunch, snacks and drinks from the restaurant and bar throughout the day- all of which can be settled upon check out.

Retreat accommodation

For our retreat guests will be staying in the spacious, yet cosy Standard rooms with Sea side view. Each has it’s own private balcony with views of the peaceful Pine Forest. The ensuite rooms have a similar natural decor that is echoed throughout the hotel. Blackout blinds and soft lighting help to make this space feel calm ensuring deep rest and relaxation.

Yoga at FeelViana

There will be twice daily yoga classes with one afternoon off per week to enjoy excursions or other activities. The classes will take place in the yoga studio within the spa, which is bathed in natural light from the large skylights above or a more spacious room located in a quiet part of the hotel- depending on the style of session. We provide all the yoga equipment so all you need to do is arrive ready for the sessions. Each teacher will offer a slightly different schedule but you can use this as a guide to a day on retreat.

Early Bird Offer: If you book more than 6 months in advance, you will save £50!

If you’d like to go ahead with this trip we only need to take a 25% deposit with the balance due 10 weeks before the retreat.

If you’re a female looking to keep costs down we can try to pair you with another female. Please note that if by the time of the retreat we have been unable to find someone to share the room with you, we would ask for a small supplement of £200.
