Retreat duration
Choose from a 5, 6 or 7-night retreat in Greece. Prices:

5-nights – single occupancy: £1,590, shared occupancy: £1,280

6-nights – single occupancy: £1,890, shared occupancy: £1,500

7-nights – single occupancy: £2,190, shared occupancy: £1,750

Travel
When flying to our retreat you can arrange flights to two airports.

Kalamata:
1h 10m drive to the hotel
Private taxi cost: 100euro each way

Athens:
3h 35m drive to the hotel
Private taxi cost: 200euro each way

If a team member is available on that day we may be able to offer a private transfer at a reduced cost.

For those travelling on our our recommended flights or any that coincide we will be providing a subsidised transfer for £25 each way. Once you’ve booked the trip we will ask you to complete a short ‘yoga profile form’ where you can let us know what transfer options you would like.

Private transfers cost the following:

Kalamata airport: 150EUR each way

Athens airport: 250EUR each way

Location

This luxurious 5 star hotel is located within the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mystras at the foot hills of Mount Taygetos of Peloponnese. The owners have lovingly created this beautiful hotel and overseen every element from the unique architectural design, inspired by Byzantium created to show off the views of the private forest and colourful citrus valley; to the  holistic well being philosophy. This special location was picked to help guests tune in with nature to instill a sense of calm.

As well as the expertly led yoga sessions you’ll also have access to the wonderful spa offering an array of experiences- Sphere Hydrotherapy indoor-outdoor swimming pool, Tepidarium, Waterwell Kneip Therapy, Experiences Showers, Outdoor California Hot Tub, Finish Sauna, Steam Room, Cold Plunge Pool, Fitness Room. Whilst there you’ll feel cocooned in the tranquil surroundings, allowing your mind to settle and focus on you!

Meals and Refreshments

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included, which can be chosen from the a la carte menu. Beverages other than table water are not included. All dietary requirements can be catered for and we just ask you to let us know of any before the retreat. Euphoria Retreat offers delicious cuisine that follows the seasons. With the near year-round sunshine the team believe it’s best to eat what’s fresh and available at that time of year to ensure you experience nutritious meals. The chefs are inspired by local and ancient recipes and adapt these to maximise the health benefits. They use as much home-grown and organic produce as possible to create vibrant dishes that help to feed your soul!

What to Bring
For the daily yoga and other activities you should bring:
• loose comfortable clothing for yoga
• a pair of trainers if you would like to go walking/hiking
• fleece/ long-sleeved sports top for morning yoga
• hat (large brimmed hat or a cap)
• a suitable sun block cream
• toiletries- please note there is only hand soap in the rooms

For the evenings:
• comfortable clothing – evenings are very relaxed and casual
• a warm top/jumper as temperatures can be lower in the mornings and evenings
• mosquito and insect repellent- this is a rural destination so this may be needed during the retreat

Also don’t forget:
• swimming costume
• sunglasses
• reading material

• euros in case you wanted to pay for taxis and explore the local area- this venue is very remote and does not have a cash machine

Fitness and Spa facilities
Guests benefit from complimentary use of Outdoor-Indoor swimming pool, Relaxation Area, Waterwell (Kneipp Therapy), Tepidarium, Laconium Finish Sauna, Experience Showers, Steam bath, Cold Plunge Pool, Cold Ice Mist, California Hot Tub and Use of Gym and complimentary attendance to scheduled daily Euphoria Wellness Activities & Workshops.  Plus 10% discount off spa treatments if booked prior to arrival.

Room amenities
There are hairdryers, bathrobes, slippers and bath products in the rooms, plus tea and coffee making facilities.

Laundry
There is a laundry service which is not included in the price. We recommend that if you have expensive items of clothing it would be better to hand wash these in your room.

There is mobile phone coverage at Euphoria Retreat and wireless internet available.

Passport
There are no formal entry requirements for EU passport holders travelling to Greece intending to stay for less than 90 days. Holders of US or Canadian passports can enter Greece for up to 90 days without a visa. We would strongly advise all other passport holders to check visa requirements well in advance of your intended dates of travel.

Money and currency
All of your yoga, accommodation, meals, coffee and wine with dinner are included in the cost, and so you will only need money (Euro) for additional food and beverages, spa treatments, local trips and private transfers.

Insurance
Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover your trip. It is also essential that you provide us with the name of your insurance company and a 24 hour emergency insurance contact number.

Euphoria Retreat covid policy
Guests need to provide a copy of their vaccination certificate or documentation of their COVID-19 recovery (valid up to 3 months)
