Yoga with Adele on retreat: A retreat is a perfect time to delve a little deeper, enhance your yoga practice and re-discover that natural state of stillness and peace. Over the five days, we will be exploring the Chakras. Eastern spiritual traditions consider the Chakras to be the energy centers of the body. These chakras can become imbalanced through the pressures and strains of daily life and the theme of chakras and energy work will be woven into the yoga sessions to help you to re-balance and re-set.

The two-hour long morning classes will be dynamic, energising and flowing. We will be combining breath and movement to release tension, open up the body and build a wonderfully positive energy for the day.

The evening classes will be gentle, mindful and restorative. We will be guiding our attention inward to find that beautiful, deep, inner softness and quiet. Face Yoga will also be incorporated into one of the evening classes. Face yoga massage and exercises are a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier. It’s a wonderful little ‘tool’ to add to your yoga toolbox and will really ensure that you leave with a youthful, healthy glow!

All yoga classes will end with a guided relaxation and there will also be an optional ‘Bedtime Yoga Nidra’ after dinner each evening before bed to ensure you really switch off and have a wonderfully restful sleep.

More about Adele: She first discovered yoga 22 years ago whilst pregnant with her first child and hasn’t stopped since. Putting her career in Psychology on hold to be a Mum, she began her Teacher Training in Iyengar Yoga and then trained with the British Wheel of Yoga. She has gained Senior Yoga Teacher status with Yoga Alliance and is also an Associate of the Active Birth Centre, London where she trained in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga.

Her teachings and personal practise reflect her trainings – with a mellow fusion of the precision of alignment-based yoga; the dynamic fluidity of Hatha Flow; the exploration of chakras and energy work and the mindful exploration of Asana. Although Adele takes the discipline of yoga very seriously, her aim is for her classes to be fun, friendly and accessible to all (with a little hard work thrown in too!).

Adele is continually learning, exploring and deepening her knowledge and experience in yoga, meditation and energy work – with a specific interest in Mindfulness, Reiki and Yoga Nidra.

Adele owns and teaches at InHale Yoga, a warm and friendly yoga studio in Hale, Cheshire.
