Destination Yoga combines top-class instruction with beautiful locations and accommodation.
Emma is a creative a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher, inspired by the seasons, music, the human body and our community. In her classes, she strives to build strength and resilience in the body and mind; creating wings that will help us take flight and equally will soften our landing when we fall.
She completed her yoga training with Triyoga and has been teaching Yoga since 2010, practising since 2001. Emma can be found at the inspiring retreats that take place at Elmore Court in Gloucestershire.
