Passport and visa requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for EU passport holders travelling to Spain intending to stay for less than 90 days. Holders of US or Canadian passports can enter France for up to 90 days without a visa. We would strongly advise all other passport holders to check visa requirements well in advance of your intended dates of travel.

Currency

The local currency is the Euro. All of our scheduled programme activities are included in the cost, and so you will only need money for additional 1:1 sessions, spa treatments, shopping, laundry, local venue tips, private/taxi transfers etc. The hotel does accept card payment.

Insurance
Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover your trip. It is also essential that you provide us with the name of your insurance company and a 24 hour emergency insurance contact number.
We also recommend that you get a European Health Insurance Card which allows you to access state-provided healthcare in all European Areas (EEA) countries at a reduced cost or sometimes free of charge. Applying for the card is free (and only takes 2 minutes) and it is valid for up to 5 years. Presenting the card entitles you to any treatment that may become necessary during your holiday. This card is NOT an alternative to travel insurance, however – it is important to have both a European Health Insurance Card and a valid travel insurance policy. To apply for your free card, please click here.

Emergency contact details
During office hours 9am- 6pm UK time you can reach us on 0203 235 0122. 7 days before your retreat we will contact you with our emergency contact numbers that you can use whilst you’re away.

We look forward to welcoming you in Italy.
