Nestled in the charming Gloucestershire countryside, Elmore Court is the perfect slice of heaven for a yoga retreat on home soil. The expansive indoor studio is flooded with natural light with views across the Cotswolds and out to the river Severn. Take time to explore the historic country house and its beautiful gardens.
Retreat accommodation
Elmore court is a unique and award winning abode set in the gorgeous Gloucestershire countryside. The original house dates back to the 13th century and boasts stunning views across to the Cotswolds and the river Severn, a true oasis in the English countryside. The house has 16 meticulously designed ensuite rooms plus a Coach House. Each room has been given its own unique attributes, from the 17th century four-poster bed in the Oak Room to the Map room adorned in historic maps and dedicated to James August Grant who led the successful 1862 trip to locate the source of the nile.
The calmness and serenity of the surrounding landscape is mirrored in the teaching and learning taking place throughout your time at the Court. Spend time roaming the immaculate gardens and relaxing in the beautiful house with its impeccable and charming interiors.
Delicious cuisine
For our retreat guests, we will be providing a delicious light vegetarian menu, which will have a focus on plant-based cuisine.

Arrive any time from 10am on Friday 11th June to check in to your beautiful room.
10.30 am – 12.30 pm Settle in or enjoy one to one treatments including massage and individual therapy sessions. All can be booked in advance and we will send around treatment menu beforehand.
12.30 pm Enjoy a delicious lunch vegetarian and GF lunch.
1.30 pm – 2.30 pm Settle in or enjoy one to one treatments including massage and individual therapy sessions. All can be booked in advance and we will send around treatment menu beforehand.
3.00 pm – 5.00 pm Free time or choose from activities including: energising yoga and meditation with Emma Tilley (1 hr 30 mins), beautiful walk to a wild swimming spot with Sarah Guise, group workshop focusing on finding vitality and balance in life after lock down with OT Time Eliza Guerrini
