Just returned from a week in Puglia, Italy with the wonderful Laura Gilmore, who is by far the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She’s patient, insightful, wise and kind and nothing was too much trouble. The venue was superb, the yoga was relaxing and invigorating and it was a pleasure to spend time with the other guests. Highly recommend!
